ParentPay - The 'Cashless' School
Cleeve Park is a 'cashless' school and ALL payments for trips, activities and additional learning resources/materials are made online using your ParentPay account.
ALL purchases from the canteen are made using our Biometic Systems. Student funds are added via a parental ParentPay account (or by using the onsite revaluator) and full details of items purchased are available by logging into your Parentpay account.
If you require your ParentPay account details please email the address below stating your name, your child’s name and their Form Group. If you have previously logged in can you also confirm the email address you would have used for the account.

Already have a ParentPay account?
If you already have a ParentPay account at another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the add a child button on your home page. You will need the activation username and password provided by the school to do this.
New to ParentPay?
Go to www.parentpay.com, click login and enter the username and password provided by the school. You will be prompted to change these when you set up your account. You will require an email address to activate your account. You can add multiple children to the same ParentPay account using the add a child button on your home page.
