First day arrangements for Friday 1st September 2023.  Please ensure students are in the correct school uniform (no jewellery is allowed) and fully equipped with their school bag/pencil case.  They will not require their PE kit on this day.

The school will be open from 8.00am but students must be in school by 8.30am at the latest.  Parents should drop students at the main entrance gate where they will be taken to the outdoor basketball court to meet with their Form Tutors, below is an outline of the day:

• 8.40-9.00 Assembly in the Hall
• 9.00 -9.40 Tutor time
• 9.40-10.40 Lesson Time
• 10.40–11.00 Break
• 11.00-12.00 Lesson Time
• 12.00–12.45 Lunch
• 12.45-1.00 Tutor Time
• 1.00 pm Finish

All  purchases from the canteen are made using ParentPay.  Please ensure your child’s account is topped up in time for the first day, please refer to your ParentPay letter for instructions. 

Only Year 7 and Year 12 students will be attending school on this day.  Please note that there will be one 669 school bus running on 1st September and will leave the site at 1.10pm.

For those parents who may be driving, please be aware that there is no parking on the school site and be considerate of our neighbouring houses, not blocking driveways or delaying traffic along Bexley Lane, when dropping or collecting students.  We suggest that you pre-arrange a location with your child that is a short walk from the school site so that the local area does not become gridlocked.
