All certificates are normally ready for collection on 1st December. Again these must be signed for in person, or if a third party collects on your behalf, they must have written permission to do so. If you want your certificates posted home, then you will need to advise this in writing, and include cash/cheque for £5 to cover the cost of registered mail.It is also important that you assume personal responsibility for your certificates. The school is only obliged to retain them for one calendar year, they then can be destroyed. Each certificate will cost in the region of £30 to replace and we use four main examination boards. Details of examination board contact details will be in your results envelope in August.See you in August!RegardsMrs J OliverTimetable for kkmokmTYTi
Please be advised that your examination certificates are ready for collection at school.
These are available for collection from reception during school hour. Be mindful that you are no longer a pupil at Cleeve Park and cannot wander round site without signing in first.
Certificates are legal documents and you will be required to sign for them. If you are unable to pick them up in person there are several alternatives: your chosen nominee brings a letter from you, authorising collection OR we will post them to you (signed for delivery) upon receipt of cash or cheque (payable to Cleeve Park School) for £5.
It is also important that you assume personal responsibility for your certificates. The school will not take responsibility for providing replacement certificates should you lose them or fail to collect them. The school is only obliged to retain them for one calendar year, they then can be securely destroyed (1st December 2014). Each certificate will cost in the region of £30 to replace and we use four main examination boards. Details of examination board contact details are on the school website.

- Mobile phones/iPods/MP3/4 players etc must not be taken into the examination room and contravention of this regulation may lead to disqualification from the examination.
- Any pencil cases taken into the examination room must be transparent.
- Students must write in black ink or ballpoint pen.
- Students must wear full school uniform at all times.
- Students may bring a drink of water if they wish, in a sports cap bottle with the label removed.
Please ensure that your son/daughter has all the necessary equipment for their examinations, ie a black pen, pencil, ruler and if required a calculator.
If for any reason your child is unable to attend any examinations, the school should be informed immediately. If your child misses an exam because of illness or injury you will be asked to provide medical evidence.
Useful Information Regarding Grade Calculations
AQA is one of the examination boards we use at Cleeve Park. This year they have provided a useful guide for parents and pupils on how exam grades are calculated.
